This paper is a new concept to increase the safety and mining conservation on PT-X PT-Y with no boundary gap between two areas. To optimize coal recovery as basis of supporting conservation, companies needed adjust production in terms avoiding technical problems at time process due rock structure seam border were same. plans produce 2 million tons coal, but government only approved 1 tons, while still tons. discusses instability locations differences production. The applied methodology conducting geotechnical modeling by considering statistical aspects data distribution probability failure. Based results numerical methods 2D 3D for difference level all cross-sections, FK value 0.992 - 1.248 failure (PI) 5.40 48.00%. Results analysis show that both single overall slopes are critical not safe. If this narrowed increasing PT-X's 1.5 location's conditions will stabilize. Therefore, it necessary propose be added least 500.000 so each company runs safely.
